My camera and/or microphone is not working

If you are using Bluetooth or other microphones for your Google Meetings, you may have technical issues such as the audio or microphone not working

Step 1

Before entering you meeting, click the three dots

Step 2

Click settings

Step 3

Click the down arrow to the right of microphone

Step 4

Select the audio device in which you are using for your speakers

Step 5

Repeat for the microphone

Step 6

Important: Make sure the device listed under Microphone and Speakers are the same

Step 7

Click "Done"
